All Sales Policy
Each item is a one-of-one, hand-crafted piece. Because of the unique nature of the designs, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue

We will review and either:

• Offer a replacement (if available), or
• Issue a refund to your original payment method

Returns (Limited Cases Only)
Returns are only accepted if:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The request is made within 5 days of delivery

Items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition

Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
Due to the one-of-one nature of our pieces, exchanges are not guaranteed.
